The ACI Saudi Arabian Chapter (ACI-SAC) aims to provide information and promote technology, design and construction in the concrete industry. The vision of ACI-SAC is to improve and disseminate knowledge related to concrete construction in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

The purpose of the American Concrete Institute - Saudi Arabian Chapter in Eastern Province ACI-SAC(EP) is :

1. To enhance the objectives for which the ACI was founded.
2. To further education and technical practice.
3. Organizing seminars and short courses for disseminating the knowledge in concrete technology for the improvement of the design, construction, manufacture, use and maintainance of concrete products and structures.
4. The boundary of ACI-SAC (EP) is within the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
