ACI is a nonprofit, technical and educational society which was established in 1904 for the advancement of knowledge in concrete and cement based materials. The American Concrete Institute currently has 98 chapters and over 19,000 members spanning 108 countries.

 

ACI Saudi Arabian Chapter is a liasing body representing ACI International in Saudi Arabia.  The ACI-SAC chapter in Eastern Province was founded in 1998 to bring together the professional engineers, working in the city of Dammam, Al-Khobar, and Jubail, who have interest in concrete, for the purpose of discussing and desseminating ttechnical and educational information.The ACI Saudi Arabian Chapter is advancing concrete knowledge by conducting technical seminars, offering short courses, ACI certification training and exams, and publishing technical documentsm.
